Custom Playhouses
Option 1: You can order a Hyde Park Collection or 78704 Collection and select your own finishes. You can choose your lighting, flooring, paint colors, and material for the front gable (half-rounds or cedar shingles). You can choose which built-ins you’d like to include in your playhouse. We offer bookshelves, bench, baby crib, kitchen, market, bakery, desk, lego table, car ramp for wall, boat dashboard, and play school area. With option 1 the dimensions of the playhouse will remain the same as our in-stock Hyde Park Collection or 78704 Collection. Customizing your playhouse will be an additional fee and not all built-ins will work together.
Option 2: We can increase the size of the playhouse to 10 feet long by 6 feet wide and 9 feet tall. This will increase the price of the playhouse due to extra materials and extra labor. In this option the door will be 5 feet tall instead of 4 feet tall. This is a great option for older children ages 6 to 11. In this option you can customize your finishes and built-ins. Customizing your playhouse will be an additional fee and not all bult-ins will work together.
Option 3: We can build your playhouse on-site. This will allow you more flexibility in choosing the dimensions and style of your playhouse. This option is only available for those living in Austin proper. This option will take the longest for design and construction.
