This whimsical playhouse measures 8 feet long by 6 feet deep and is 7 feet 7 inches tall. This playhouse is constructed with all treated materials. Delivery is free is within 50 miles of central Austin. Each additional mile over the 50 miles is $5 per mile. The closed version of the A-Frame has everything listed in the open air version A-Frame, plus much more! The closed model also comes with treated plywood interior walls, a Dutch door, a longer window awning, sliding window shutters for the market, an a/c unit, and an a/c port plug.
