The Hyde Park Collection: The Evan Graham

Please contact us if you’d like to order this playhouse. It takes us 8 weeks to build each playhouse. This house was designed around the interests of our son, Evan. The exterior is white with a blue door, and it has cedar shingles instead of half rounds. The interior contains insect vinyl flooring, modern lighting, kitchen built-ins, a corner market/BBQ stand, a Lego/train table, a wall racetrack, and the bench transforms into a rescue boat. So much opportunity for pretend play in this adorable playhouse! The playhouse is wired by a licensed electrician. It comes with its own breaker box and 13 foot extension cord used to plug into your home’s outdoor outlet. We may provide a longer extension cord if needed. You may also hire an electrician to wire your playhouse directly to your home’s breaker box, eliminating the need for the extension cord. Shipping is free within 50 miles of Austin, Texas. Each additional mile over the 50 miles is a charge of $5 per mile. The sales tax ($734.25) is included in the price of the playhouse.
